Library cards are issued to the students for the purpose of borrowing books.

A student may borrow maximum of two books at a time.

A book is normally issued for a period of one week which can be reissued again if no one else requires it.

A ine of Rs. 5/- for the irst week and Rs. 10/- each for the subsequent weeks will be charged from those who fail to return the library books in time.

Reference books, reserved books, new arrivals and periodicals shall not be taken out of Library/Reading Room. After reading, they are to be returned to the Librarian

All the books should be returned before the commencement of major vacations.

Personal books and belongings are not supposed to be carried into the library

A library book lost or damaged shall be replaced with a new one by the borrower.

A ine of Rs. 5/- will be charged for a duplicate library card.

Strict silence shall be maintained in the library and in the reading room.

The library will remain closed on holidays.
